Enter a world of magic, mayhem and merriment at the Valhalla Renaissance Faire, a whimsical recreation of Elizabethan England in South Lake Tahoe, California. Taking place over a month in early summer, the event features olde world entertainment in a beautiful green environment. Enjoy performances by roving jesters, archery tournaments, epic jousts and lively plays. Take a stroll through the maze, enjoy spirited music or rub elbows with elegant lords and ladies. Pirates and barbarian hordes make appearances at this interactive event, and a variety of merchants peddle everything from jewelry and crafts to weapons and leather goods.
