On-snow gourmet food tasting event, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and connoisseurs of good food. Beginners can rent skis or snowshoes at the Cross Country Ski Center and get a few free pointers from our experienced instructors before heading out to eat. A percentage of proceeds will be donated to our local Slow Food organization, and to Far West Nordic Ski Education Association.
