Dianna Cohen, artist and co-founder of the Plastic Pollution Coalition is joined by Wallace J. Nichols, advisor for the California Academy of Sciences and marine biologist with an expertise in sea turtles along with Meg Caldwell, Stanford Law Professor and Director for the Center for Ocean Solutions.  Also on hand is Beth Terry, author of the book "Plastic Free" who can help showcase ways to establish a convenient and daily routine without plastic. Together, they will attack the problem of plastic pollution from every angle in a two hour symposium tasked with helping Truckee and the Tahoe Basin ban plastic bags.
