Come to downtown Sparks and enjoy the spirit of the holidays in a traditional, hometown way. The traditional tree lighting ceremony takes place in the evening in the heart of Victorian Square.  Enthusiastic spectators line the parade route on Victorian Square for their chance to see santa and celebrate the holiday season.  The Christmas parade starts at 1:00pm and features hundreds of parade entries, along with entertainment, photos with Santa, and arts and crafts.
