This is a one of a kind classic Palisades Tahoe spring event, created by the crew at Mamasake in the Village at Palisades Tahoe.
Brave contestants try to beat the clock and the gut to finish first in both sushi roll eating and wasabi eating contests.
Celebrity judges, great prizes, and a visual feast for the crowd.
