After a multi-year hiatus, a popular event returns to downtown Tahoe City on Saturday, February 23rd.

The Cobblestone Nordic Relay is a fast paced, cross-country relay race which begins in the Cobblestone parking lot then flies around the trails of the Tahoe City Winter Sports Park. Not only will it be an incredibly fun race, but an awesome spectator opportunity at The Cobblestone. Come participate or cheer on the racers. Proceeds benefit the Tahoe Cross-Country Ski Education Association.

“We are excited to bring the Cobblestone Relays back to Tahoe City.” says Kevin Murnane, General Manager of Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area. “It’s a unique event, with races for all ability levels, families and even snowshoers. It’s an event you  would be more likely to see in a small European town. We are looking forward to showcasing what downtown Tahoe City has to offer, such as the Cobblestone Center and the Tahoe City Winter Sports Park just behind town.”

Details: Family Nordic ski races in downtown Tahoe City from 11am to 2pm

$15 for adults, $10 for kids under 12. Includes lunch at the Tahoe City Golf Course.
