At least one year of yoga experience is strongly suggested. We strive to include and accommodate people of all ages and abilities.

Supporter* (support other leaders as well as yourself) - $1,200
Sustainer (pays for you) - $950
Community (discounted fee) - $650

* An important part of justice is access. YogaWorks supports Off the Mat in their stand for leveraging our privilege to support others. If you can afford to be a Supporter or Sustainer, please consider "paying it forward" by paying any amount above $650. This allows Off the Mat to continue to scale the prices of the intensives so that everyone is included. The prices above cover only workshop fees. Travel, food and lodging is not included.
