In June of 2011 New & Used Tahoe Sports (NUTS) purchased 9 Lives Winter Gear and took over as the only full Winter sports consignment shop in the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee areas.  We specialize in winter gear including clothing, skis, boards, boots and accessories.  We now have two locations in the Tahoe City area.  Our main store is in the middle of Tahoe City in the Cobblestone Center. Our newest store is in the Raft and Gas building, one of the first buildings you see as you enter Tahoe City from Truckee.  This new location is open Friday thru Sunday and is equipped with a full service tune shop.

As a consignment store, our goal is to get the newest gear at the most affordable prices.  To do this, we work with product reps, professional athletes, and retail stores to get the latest gear and clothing at prices up to 80% OFF retail.  The reps bring us their sample lines to sell on consignment and because they are samples, we are able to sell them a greatly reduced prices.  The samples are all the same quality as the new items, however there may be slight differences in materials or stitch patterns.
