One of Lake Tahoe's most acclaimed chefs, Douglas Dale, owner of Wolfdale's in Tahoe City, shares his passion for farmer's markets, fresh food and cooking in his unique Farmer's Market Workshops. Each workshop, held weekly in July and August, offers participants a unique opportunity to join Dale at the farmer's market and in his kitchen, to shop, envision, prepare, serve and dine on made-from-scratch culinary creations.
