Spring Weather Outlook
With what appears to be the end of winter weather set in place, a look at the 3-month outlook maps from the Climate Prediction Center, gives fuel for discussion about what to expect for spring and early summer.
The "Outlook Maps" below are provided by the National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center. From our armchair meteorologist point of view and analysis, it would appear that temperatures for the period are up in the air and probability for precipitation are below normal.
How to read these maps:
- EC= Equal chance for A, N, B
- A= Above Normal
- N= Normal
- B= Below Normal
