HOW TO ENTER
Enter to win lift & activity tickets and other prizes to resorts and businesses around Lake Tahoe. Entries can be made in several ways:

1. ONLINE: Enter at www.tahoetopia.com/sweepstakes-enter

2. TEXT MESSAGE: Text the weekly keyword to: 24587

3. MOBILE: Users of the Tahoe TV Lake Tahoe App are automatically by becoming a subscriber within the mobile app. (Note: purchase/download of the mobile app is required)

KEYWORD REQUIRED
A new keyword will b eposted randomly beginning on the commencement of each season's sweepstakes. Keywords can be found in various manners on all of Tahoe TV's media platforms including Tahoe TV, Tahoetopia.com (premium members are automatically entered), the Lake Tahoe and Reno Visitor Channels, Tahoe TV's Lake Tahoe App, on Twitter and on Facebook, and at Tahoe TV's Localvision locations. Each new keyword is required for eligibility in each drawing. ALL individuals entered in weekly drawings will be eligible as one entry for each Grand Prize Drawing.

PRIZES

Tune In & Win Bonus Prize Winners
Winners will receive one of several possible certificates chosen from the prize purse. Each prize may be of different redemption value and from different and varying possible resorts, businesses or locations. Each drawing's prize items will be determined prior to the drawing. Prize winners will be announced online following each drawing.

Quantities of different prizes in the weekly prize purse are limited and vary week to week. All prizes are subject to dates and availability, and deadlines may apply. Prizes will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE MADE!

Potential prizes include: Dining Certificates: Sunnyside, Jakes, Wolfdale's, and more; Activities: Watersports, Sailing, Rafting, Snowmobiling, XC Skiing, Snowshoeing, and more; 
And other special prizes from the prize purse.

Mid-Season Grand Prize
Registrations will end at midnight, PDT, on July 5, 2013 for the first summer Grand Prize Drawing. All entries must be received by close of registration. Mid-Season Grand Prize winner will be announced on Jan 14, 2013 (for winter) and on July 6th, 2013 (for summer) at www.tahoetopia.com.

Spring/Fall Getaway Grand Prize
Registrations will end at midnight, PST, on Sept. 5, 2013 for the final Grand Prize Drawing. All entries must be received by close of registration.Winner will be announced on Sept 6, 2013. All prize winners are posted at www.Tahoetopia.com.

GRAND PRIZES
All valid individual entries are eligible for one entry into the related seasonal Grand Prize Drawings for the 2013 seasons. Duplicate entries will be deleted for each Grand Prize Drawing.

Grand Prize Items
Grand Prizes include vacation packages, including lodging, lift tickets, activities, dining and more. Grand Prize items to be awarded will be announced following each drawing.

PRIZE REDEMPTION
To claim your prize, you must contact TahoeTV within 7 days of the weekly drawing at (530) 583-4206 or email sweepstakes@tahoetv.com. You will need to provide proof of your identity to claim your prize. NOTE: PRIZES ARE LIMITED AND ARE SUBJECT TO EXPIRATION DATES & AVAILABILITY AND/OR CANCELLATION BASED ON WEATHER, CONDITIONS, AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS. NO EXCHANGES OR SUBSTITUTIONS ARE ALLOWED. Prizes can be claimed in person at the Tahoe TV production offices in Tahoe City, CA. or be mailed via USPS mail.

Sweepstakes Rules:
The Tahoe TV Sweepstakes is open to anyone, age 18 & over, except as limited and outlined herein. Participant/registrant must complete, in full, the online registration form. Limit one entry per email address. Incomplete or duplicate entries will be determined to be ineligible and discarded. Weekly prize winners will be announced as described above.

All prize winners must contact Tahoe TV within seven (7) days to redeem prize. Prizes not redeemed within 7 days will be returned to the prize purse to be awarded in the next drawing. Tahoetopia.com and the Tahoe TV reserves all rights of refusal or modification of these sweepstakes and assumes no liability of any kind with regards to the winner's use or misuse of the prize(s).

To discover and claim/receive your prize, please reply via email at sweepstakes@tahoetopia.com, or call 530-583-4206. You will be required to provide proof of your identity. You must claim the prize within seven days or it will be returned to the prize purse. Prize certificates will be available for pickup at Tahoe TV's offices in Tahoe City, or they can be mailed to you. In some cases, prizes can be left at will call, depending on the nature of the prize.

All prizes are subject to dates and availability, including cancellation due to unforseen circumstances, weather or other situations and deadlines may apply. Prizes will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. NO SUBSTITUTIONS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE! If you are unable to use a prize, please consider declining and leaving it in the prize purse.
