Blues, Aloha and Live Weather at Jake's on the Lake
Jake's on the Lake, one of Tahoe City's most popular institutions, has announced a new Weather Station, a Sunday night Blues Jam, and the return of their popular Mountain Aloha Tuesdays.
In partnership with Tahoe TV, Jake's on the Lake recently completed installation of a new weather station which will provide recreation and weather enthusiasts with live weather data from the Tahoe City Marina 24 hours a day. The weather graphic, updated every 5 minutes, is available now alongside the Jake's webcam at Jake's website (http://www.jakestahoe.com/jakes-live-web-cam). It is also slated to be displayed on Tahoe TV's Tahoetopia.com website (www.tahoetopia.com) and on Tahoe TV.
"We've always felt that a weather station at our lakeside location, right here in the middle of town at the marina, was something that was needed." commented Tim Hill, Jake's General Manager. "We're excited to provide this valuable weather information to boaters, sailers, skiers and visitors."
