Fresh Snow In Tahoe - Resorts Prepare For Opening Day
The first significant snowfall of the season has put resorts and eager skiers and snowboarders into high alert for the coming season.
Up to a foot of new snow fell across the higher elevations Sunday night, November 7th, with enough at lower elevations to turn the scene to white. This week's expected cold temperatures will continue to bring snow showers and also set the stage for snowmaking efforts at nearly all of Tahoe's resorts.
Tahoe TV made stops at Sugar Bowl and Palisades Tahoe USA to get a look at what's in store as resorts push towards opening day, which for many, is less than two weeks away.
