Alpine, Homewood Offer Variety of 2010/11 Season Passes

Alpine Meadows and Homewood Mountain Resort, both owned by JMA Ventures, offer a plethora of season pass options for 2010/11, including a "midweek plus Sunday" pass which is now available for only $339.

The newly released mix of pass products includes a variety of pricing and valid dates, a family pass, as well as a down payment or financing option.

 “The new pass prices and financing options give skiers and riders many ways to save,” said Kent Hoopingarner, General Manager of both resorts. “The family pass option in particular offers significant savings, and both Alpine and Homewood have always been known for fantastic kids programs.”

The North Shore’s only two mountain pass:

Alpine’s Unfiltered pass,
which offers unrestricted skiing and riding at both Alpine Meadows and Homewood*, is $699 for adults; $1399 for families (2 adult passes and 2 passes for kids 18 and under); $249 for teens 13-18; $149 for kids 5-12; $369 for seniors 62-69; and $99 for seniors 70+.  Kids 4 and under ski or ride free.
 
Alpine’s Slightly Filtered** pass offers skiing and riding for adults seven days a week with the exception of some holiday periods.  The pass is $459 and valid at both Alpine Meadows and Homewood*.
 
Alpine Meadows Midweek-Plus-Sunday**
season pass now includes Saturdays during early and late season:
The Midweek-Plus-Sunday** (valid for ages 19-69, Sunday through Friday at Alpine Meadows with the exception of some holiday periods) is on sale for $339.  New for winter 2010/2011, the Midweek-Plus-Sunday will be valid on Saturdays before December 25, 2010 and after March 12, 2011.
 
Financing option: pay $100 by May 16; pay the balance later:
Visit SkiAlpine.com to pay $100 of individual adult, teen, child, or senior (62-69) Unfiltered, Slightly Filtered**, or Midweek-Plus-Sunday** passes on or before May 16.  The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file in October.
 
Spring 2010 Alpine Club membership for new passholders.
Immediate Alpine Club membership is included with purchase of any pass (including $100 down option) and allows new passholders to add a $99 spring pass to access Alpine’s legendary terrain and snow from spring to spring.  Additionally, Alpine Club membership includes select days throughout spring when members can purchase lift tickets for as little as $35.

Additional benefits for Unfiltered and Slightly Filtered** pass purchasers:

Alpine’s Unfiltered and Slightly Filtered** pass holders will receive 10% off mountain dining and retail at both Alpine Meadows and Homewood* during winter 2010/2011.  Pass holders present their pass at time of purchase to receive savings.

 Early prices for Alpine Meadows 2010/2011 season passes will be available until Sunday, May 16.
