Candide Thovex, the current leader and top competitor in the Freeride World Tour rankings got the luck of the draw Friday, receiving the number one start position for the Tram Face event.

Following the bib draw on Friday, the official start list has been released for the Nissan Tram Face event, now slated for Sunday or Monday at Palisades Tahoe USA. For the complete start list, click here (PDF).

Event organizers and Palisades Tahoe officials will be assessing the conditions on the Tram Face following the recent storm, which left up to 18" of new snow on the mountain. The event location should be announced sometime Saturday.
