Time to get in shape! Northstar-at-Tahoe hosts a pre-season Conditioning Camp.
Friday, Oct 23:
Things start to heat up for a big weekend. Friday night, the 5th Annual Pink Party comes to the Bar of America in Truckee. Halloween Festivities get underway with the Ghouls Night in the Village at Squaw Valley. Sierra Seniors gather for Pasta on the Lake at the North Tahoe Event Center. And, get your tastebuds conditioned for suds at the CanFest Canned Beer Festival at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno.
Saturday, Oct. 24:
Match that conditioned body with some gear at the Annual North Tahoe Ski & Snowboard Swap at North Tahoe High School. Ghost Tours are underway at the National Automobile Museum in Reno.
Saturday night, the beer flow continues at the Foam Fest benefit at the Tahoe Biltmore. Sugar Bowl hosts the premiere of the HD flyfishing film, RISE.
ON THE MUSIC FRONT...
Def Leppard and Cheap Trick rock the Reno Event Center on Thursday night. Moody's Lines up the jazz with the Hans Halt Trio both Friday and Saturday. Jakes on the Lake has Abbey & Ellen in the grill Friday night. The Crystal Bay Casino presents Keyser Soze Friday night in the Crown Room, and Umphrey's McGee next Tuesday.
