The Saturday Night Barbecue is a family favorite and sure to delight the young and young-at-heart. The fun begins at 5 p.m. with games, mini wagon rides, crafts, contests, dress-up and delicious food. Play a game of horseshoes or try your hand at throwing a rope. Bring the camera for pictures at the dress-up photo station with Old West and Renaissance costumes and backdrops. A family water balloon toss finishes off the evening. On the menu are hot dogs, veggie burgers and hamburgers with an extensive gourmet topping bar. Ranch beans, salads, desserts and campfire s’mores round out the menu. Complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks are also served. Reservations are required with a 72-hour cancellation policy.
