Weekly Weather Outlook

A wet and windy Monday will subside by Tuesday and lead to clear skies and mild temps into next weekend. Temperatures around Tahoe will start in the lower 50's and and rise to the lower 60's by Wednesday. Overnight lows could drop to freezing Monday night, then bump up to the upper 30's through the rest of the week. In Truckee, daytime temps will reach the upper 60's by midweek, with overnight lows hovering in the mid 30's.

Monday: Showers, mainly after 11am. High near 46. Southwest wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.

Monday night: Showers likely before 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 32. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming north. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 54. East wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 36. Calm wind becoming east around 5 mph.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 58. East wind around 5 mph becoming west.

Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 40.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 62.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 38.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 63.

Friday Night: Clear, with a low around 38.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 59.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 37.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 56.
