Also returning from Sochi to compete at home will be four-time Olympian Marco Sullivan, and Travis Ganong, who placed 5th in the Downhill during in his first Olympics.

“It's great to get to race at my home mountain and it's awesome to have Squaw's support for ski racing,” said Julia Mancuso. “They did an exceptional job last season, so I definitely look forward to some more great races on home snow during Nationals.”

In addition to Palisades Tahoe’s own athletes, the 2014 U.S. Alpine Championships are expected to include Olympic champions Bode Miller (Franconia, NH), Ted Ligety (Park City, UT), Andrew Weibrecht (Lake Placid, NY) and Mikaela Shiffrin (Eagle-Vail, CO), all of whom earned medals in February’s Olympic Winter Games.
