June 16: Truckee Father's Day Ribfest & BBQ - The event promises to be an affordable, fun, family festival. Ribs, Rods and Rock-n-Roll is this year’s theme. June 21-30: Adventure Sports Week - the official start of Adventure Sports Week Tahoe.  Created for those who appreciate clean air, clear water, scenic single track, and an elevated heart rate. June 22: 5th Annual Truckee Chili Cook Off - come on down to the Truckee Regional Park and show us your stuff!  Or try all the great chili and just have fun with everyone! A fundraiser for the Truckee-North Tahoe community.  Battle of the Bands FEATURING: The Deck Heads, Jo Mama, and Drinking with Clowns!

June 23: Concerts at Commons Beach (every Sunday) - This is the first show of the year, so come early and grab your spot to see live music every Sunday FREE with your family and friends on the Commons Beach in Tahoe City all summer long starting June 23rd.  Festive atmosphere, vendors, food & drink...bring a blanket!  The view is beyond spectacular!  http://www.tahoetopia.com/event/concerts-commons-beach-0

June 27: Outdoor Summer Movie Series (every Thursday) - Families and friends can snuggle up under the stars for the first time this year, while enjoying new releases and family classics on the big screen in the Events Plaza at The Village at Palisades Tahoe. June 29: XTERRA TAHOE - 3 big events for the day!
