Tahoe XC, operators of the popular Tahoe Cross Country Center has opened the new North Tahoe Mountain Bike & Hiking Center, with bike rentals and repairs, a retail shop, cafe', clinics and events, all situated for easy access right at the trailhead to some of Tahoe's most popular hiking, running and mountain biking trails.

One of its most important attributes is its easy and convenient location, right at the trailhead, allowing bikers and hikers to just park your car and hop on to to one of Tahoe’s best trail systems.

Outdoor enthusiasts of all ages and abilities will enjoy access to over 45 kilometers and 3000 acres of marked, family-friendly trails for riding, running and hiking. The trail system takes you through easy meadows, wide trails and single track, challenging climbs and fun descents, and offers spectacular lake view resting spots, plus access to the Tahoe Rim Trail, the 'Fibreboard Freeway' and more.

Tahoe XC's trailside rental center features a fleet of full and front suspension Specialized bikes, plus kids bikes, gear, apparel and accessories, and repairs.

Mountain bike tours, including bike rental and instruction, are available for groups and individuals by reservation.

The welcoming outdoor deck and Trailside Cafe' offer a variety of food and snacks and a perfect spot to relax after your outing.
