Guitarfish Festival Brings Funk, Friends, Family and Frolic to the Sierra Crest July 26-28

The 3rd Annual Guitarfish Festival celebrates great new music, precious water resources, friends and family, and a real conscious vibe — all in a pristine mountain environment just off Interstate 80 west of Donner Summit, July 26-28th.

Unique in many ways, the Guitarfish Festival is easy to get to, held right off Interstate 80 at the Cisco Grove exit in the middle of the gorgeous Tahoe National Forest right on the Yuba River. Most campsites at Guitarfish have BBQs, water, and electricity and the build of the festival and camping is tucked under the trees providing maximum shade and comfort for all.  Festival Directions & Map

The Guitarfish Festival's theme is 'pure goodness' originating from a children’s book called “Guitarfish Adventures: Volume 1.0, Blue is the New Green” written by musician, Jimmy Leslie. The story surrounds our precious waters and the marine life therein, and their global importance. Guitarfish Festival has partnered with Sustainable Tahoe to educate and raise awareness of over-fishing and pollution of the oceans and preservation of our watersheds, rivers, and streams.

Festival passes include all music and camping for the entire weekend. Single-day tickets are available and children 12 and under are free. The Festival kicks off Friday, July 26th just after noon. Festival Pass & Ticket Info…
