Free Summer Movie Nights Begin

Tahoe City and Palisades Tahoe's free outdoor movie nights start this week, offering families and movie-goers a splendid outdoor cinema experience every Wednesday in Tahoe City and every Thursday in the Village at Palisades Tahoe.

Movie goers can take advantage of food and drink on-site, or bring their own. On the beach in Tahoe City, the incredible lakeside venue offers views of more than the screen, as the sun sets and the moon and stars rise. In Palisades Tahoe, views of the world-famous KT-22 and surrounding peaks frame the large screen.

Both events are free to the public and of course, weather permitting.
