Tahoe's Flavorful Fall Fundraiser Returns Thursday
Passport to Dining, North Tahoe’s most flavorful fundraiser and a not-to-miss fall social gathering will take place on Thursday, November 9th from 6pm to 9pm in a new venue, at the Tahoe Biltmore in Kings Beach. This popular fundraiser for the North Tahoe Business Association features tastings from thirty restaurants, caterers, breweries, wineries and distilleries as well as a raffle and silent auction.
Local and regional tasting stations include Alibi Ale Works, Batch Cupcakery, Brewforia, Cafe Biltmore, Caliente!, CB's Bistro, Common Cider, D'Lish Catering & Burrito Window, Folk Brewing Company, Gianelli Vineyards, Hoppy Brewing Company, Jason's Beachside Grille, Las Panchitas, MakeAli Sushi, Men Wielding Fire, Morgan's Lobster Shack, Nevada City Winery, Pep's Place, Perry Creek Winery, Petra Wine Bar/Uncorked, River Ranch Restaurant, Rocker@Squaw, Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, Skinner Vineyards, Small Batch Sauce Company, Palisades Tahoe Banquets, Susie Scoops Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt, Tahoe Blue Vodka, The Brewing Lair, and The Soule Domain.
Passport to Dining’s silent auction is recognized as one of the best in North Lake Tahoe because of the quality, quantity and variety of items and packages. Attendees are able to bid on and pick up premier items including Northern California Getaway Packages and many additional valuable items/packages while supporting two local non-profit organizations. This year, NTBA will donate a portion of Passport to Dining’s proceeds to Project MANA, a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the incidence of hunger and its detrimental effects upon individuals, families, the community, and region.
$40 advance purchase online tickets are limited and first-come, first serve at www.NorthTahoeBusiness.org before they sell out. $50 day-of-event-tickets are available exclusively at the door of the event starting at 6pm.
Passport to Dining “Main Event” sponsors are Tahoe Biltmore and Kynbo, a restaurant app. The event is made possible because of the generosity of the participating restaurants, caterers, breweries, wineries and distilleries that make up the tasting stations. Additional sponsors include Moonshine Ink, Placer County and Tahoe Weekly. Passport to Dining is produced by the North Tahoe Business Association.
