In celebration of the recent new snow and to inspire more snowfall, Palisades Tahoe | Alpine Meadows has announced the launch of a public Tahoe Snow Dance Contest. Running through Dec. 14, skiers and riders are invited to share a video of their best 'Tahoe Snow Dance' on Palisades Tahoe’s website, as well as on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter via Vine with the hashtag #TahoeSnowDance.

Two adult lift tickets will be awarded to the best video each day now through Dec. 14. Once submissions close, fans will then vote on their favorite video. The Grand Prize Winner will receive:

•    Two Adult Silver Season Passes
•    A Pair of HEAD Skis
•    Two night weekend stay at The Village at Palisades Tahoe
•    Unlimited Dawn Patrol for two people during the 2014-15 winter season
•    Two tickets for snowtubing at SnoVentures

The snow continues to fall at Palisades Tahoe | Alpine Meadows. The recent storm series has delivered nearly three feet of fresh snow on the slopes of Palisades Tahoe. The resort is open for the 2014-15 winter season with five lifts for skiing and riding, along with scenic Aerial Tram rides, snowtubing, ice skating, yoga, shopping and dining. Alpine Meadows is slated to open Friday, Dec. 12.
