Sit down and hold on while you watch this Tahoe TV GoPro edit from the The 'Face' Banzai held on Sunday, February 22nd at Alpine Meadows. And don't stand up too quickly afterwards as you may feel dizzy.

"We keep saying this." commented Daron Rahlves after the conclusion of the first stop on this year's Rahlves' Banzai Tour. He was referring to the ever-increasing intensity and challenges that his Banzai events present to its brave and seemingly fearless competitors. 

This year's first event, "The Face" Banzai, held at Alpine Meadows may have set a new bar. Nearly cancelled at several points over the weekend for a variety of reasons, including rock-hard conditions, brutal winds, lift closures and the like, this Banzai competition took the one-of-a-kind, 'only thing like it on snow' race to an entirely new level.
