The 12th annual Downtown Truckee Wine, Walk & Shop set for Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015 from noon to 4 p.m. Wine enthusiasts, food connoisseurs and dedicated shoppers will be able to indulge themselves with some of the finest vintages matched with delicious food samples as they shop and stroll in the historic western ski town of Truckee, Calif.

Tickets for the twelfth annual Downtown Truckee Wine, Walk and Shop are currently on sale and are just $40 in advance or $45 day of.  Tickets are available online at www.TruckeeWineWalk.com.  A small three dollar service fee applies for online sales.  The ticket includes wine tastings with over 30 wineries, five food tickets, program/passport and a goodie bag.

Every year Downtown Truckee Wine, Walk and Shop partners with a local non-profit organization.  Over the past 11 years, more than $25,000 have been donated to local non-profits.  This year’s non-profit partner is Elevate Tahoe.  Elevate Tahoe investigates and spotlights true innovations happening in Tahoe and presents its findings in a series of journalistic films.  Elevate is a partnership comprised of three local companies: Moonshine Ink, SBS Media House, and Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation. Through film, Elevate Tahoe aims to uncover the innovative solutions to life at 6,000 feet.
