SnowBomb and Palisades Tahoe present the 5th Annual Coogan Kelly Memorial Rail Jam. This event is in memory of local snowboarder, Charles "Coogan" Kelly. SnowBomb will donate all competitor registration fees to the Coogan Kelly Memorial Foundation.

Get those legs warmed up and hit the specific park created by our new terrain park director.

Registration: 9am-11am, $10, helmets are mandatory.

Comp Time: Practice goes until noon, with the competition starting at 1pm.
