In honor of the Sierra Watershed Education Partnerships' (SWEP) 20th anniversary, the organization presents its first annual film festival on Oct. 23-25 in Tahoe City. This year’s theme is “Water. The Essential!” Be inspired by compelling films and speakers about water issues facing us today through stories about river and ocean pollution, the western drought, stewardship projects and adventures on water in its many forms.
