The first of three in a series, Study of the Seasons, will feature produce from regional farms surrounding Lake Tahoe. Each dinner will be served community-style in Six Peaks Grille. Guests will be treated to a variety of imaginative dishes from the culinary team at Resort at Squaw Creek, with menu items sourced direct from local farms, as well as by Tahoe Food Hub, Produce Plus, and other local purveyors of regional produce.
