The Beaver Bowl Banzai will kick off the 2nd Annual Rahlves Banzai Tour! This electrifying event combines the competitive excitement of ski and boarder cross with the speed-thrill of a downhill.  Event inceptor Daron Rahlves knows a thing or two about both: with 12 World Cup gold medals and a 2008 Winter X 12 Skier X gold medal [among others], Rahlves has won more medals and achieved more podium finishes spanning the globe than any other American man in the history of ski racing and competition.  Rahlves’s vision to fuse ski/snowboard cross and downhill racing equals one maniacal display of speed, strength, and strategy through Alpine’s notorious Beaver Bowl that includes difficult steeps and off-trail terrain; non-stop from summit to base.

New Route Planned: The Beaver Bowl Banzai course has been moved due to snow conditions. The course will start at the top of Wolverine Bowl, continue down to the Face and the up on to Kangaroo Fully Ridge finiishing close to the base of the mountian right under Summit Chair.
