North Tahoe Arts' 2016 Fundraiser, 'Monet's Table', being held on Saturday, September 24th, will feature a spectacular lakeside gourmet picnic lunch and art sale. Proceeds will benefit North Tahoe Arts and their continuing efforts to support the visual arts in North Lake Tahoe.

Monet’s Table – Lakeside Picnic and Art Sale
Benefiting North Tahoe Arts

North Tahoe Arts has been a creative force and an educational resource for the visual arts in the North Tahoe area since 1990.  As a non-profit organization, NTA’s success depends on support from our local community.  “The last couple of years have been particularly challenging” says Kellie Cutler, NTA’s Executive Director. “Art needs to be available to everybody and we strive to keep our programs affordable. However, we also need to maintain high quality, and every dollar is precious.”    

This year NTA’s main fundraiser will be a picnic and art sale on the grounds of the iconic Old Tahoe-style lakeside home of Jane and Ron Jenny in Carnelian Bay. Guests will enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch and an opportunity to purchase original artwork at value-based prices. The art includes paintings and photography as well as sculpture, ceramics, art glass and jewelry. Art experiences, including workshops, will also be available. To ensure something for every pocketbook, there will also be prints, unframed art and small treasures. All art has been generously donated and 100% of the proceeds will benefit North Tahoe Arts.
