About Coming To My Senses: Many recovery films have been made over the years. What makes this film different is the point it drives home about the lack of available resources to long term exercise therapy. Every day able-bodied individuals incorporate a regular practice of health and fitness in to their routine, but the chronically injured and disabled have been left out of this important movement. This film aims to encourage individuals who may not currently have sufficient access to available resources to seek them out while also spurring investment into make such resources more readily available.
