Palisades Tahoe Institute will be presenting a special dining and music experience with Richard Blair, “From The Streets of Truckee.” We’ll be celebrating the history of Truckee through the words and music of Richard Blair. Blair is a 27 year resident of Truckee and recently featured on NPR Capital Radio. His songs are old stories about Truckee in the late 1800’s and put to modern folk acoustic melodies.
