The Western Heritage Festival is a free public event to highlight traditional Nevada Arts and culture through experiential learning. Demonstrations in basket-weaving, spinning, quilting, and saddle-making are planned. Activities include children's dummy roping, stick horse barrel racing, antique engine displays and square dancing. Throughout the afternoon, performances will feature cowboy poets, musicians and dancers.
