Dig out the tank tops and sunscreen for the Ice Bar Spring Bash at Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. Warm weather will be welcomed with games, drinks specials, music and many more spring shenanigans. The party will kick off at noon with DJ Zeb Early pumping out beats on the bandwagon—a snowcat rigged with a giant sound system and hydraulic powered stage. A gammet of spring games including bean bag toss, dance-offs, hula-hoop competitions and more will serve up some fun in the sun. Alpine Meadows swag will be handed out in the party zone. All this fun might leave guests thirsty, so the Ice Bar will feature a special cocktail for $5. A mix of Captain Morgan spiced rum, tropical juices and a float of Myers’s dark rum, “Jamaican me Snow Crazy” will send guests straight into summer-mode. The Ice Bar is located near the base of Sherwood Express Chair.
