Join us for three nights of delicious and unique food and beer pairings on the last Thursday of January, February and March!

Each month a different brewery will join forces with Northstar’s own Debbie Finn, TC’s Pub and the Banquets Executive Chef, to create a mouth-watering 5-course interactive meal paired with some classic and seasonal ales.  The menu will be comprised of fresh, seasonal ingredients to excite and delight all while partnering with a variety of beers to enhance the flavors.  In addition to the food and beer (what else could you even want!?!) there will be prizes and giveaways throughout the night.

Brew Master Dinner Series Schedule

The Northstar Brew Master Dinner Series will take place at 6:00 p.m. inside TC's Pub at the Village at Northstar.

• January 26, 2012:  Sierra Nevada Brewing Company
• February 23, 2012:  New Belgium Brewing Company
• March 29, 2012:  Gordon Biersch Brewing Company

Cost

This event is for ages 21+ and tickets are $55 per person in advance. If space is available, tickets will be on sale the evening of the event at the door for $65 per person.  However, sign up now- there is limited seating and you don't want to miss it!
