Celebrate traditional Christmas Dinner at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe over and extravagant buffet of seasonal, culinary delights with sumptuous favorites for the entire family.  Indulge in a wide array of savory delights including traditional maple and coriander crusted ham, Herb de Provence crusted lamb shoulder and slow roasted beef brisket, as well as assorted sushi, sashimi, chilled seafood, and display of salads, cheeses, antipasti. breads adn holiday desserts. Ritz-Carlton chefs will prepare delicacies such as cumin and coriander crusted scallops and acorn squash soup.
