Grab the kids and join us for our first Family Afternoon Snowshoe Tour taking place on December 28.  This is a great way to introduce your little ones to the great outdoors in a fun and friendly atmosphere.  This tour is open to all ages and will be an easy snowshoe for the whole family.  The tour will begin at the Cross-Country Ski, Telemark & Snowshoe Center at 1pm and will last 3 hours.  Your guide will lead you on a snowshoe adventure through some of our easier trails to a historic red caboose set in an alpine meadow for hot chocolate, smores and candy cane treats!   There will be snowshoes available for rent along with sleds for children who get tired. 

The cost is $40 per adult and $25 per child 12 and under.  Reservations can be made on the Northstar website, 1-800-GO-NORTH or through the Cross-Country Center.  Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance and reservations are highly recommended since similar events sell out on a regular basis.
