The food is good, the service friendly, the atmosphere warm and cozy, particularly in winter.  The enchiladas are very good, the tortilla soup is excellent, and the people who own and run it as a family business care about their patrons.  The drinks are good and fair priced, the chips fresh, and the food is geared to American tastes and not overly spicy although you can order things picante or caliente if that's your taste.
